Personal Loans to the amount of $2000 are offered to colleagues after their 3 month period. Loans are paid back at a minimum of $100 per fortnight. The interest rate will be set by the ATO in line with FBT requirements.
TopAnsvar Insurance will purchase annual metlink tickets for colleagues and then allow the colleagues to pay for the ticket through the fortnightly pay after tax payroll deductions.
TopAnsvar Insurance provides an additional day of personal leave per quarter for all full-time employees who are on a JG 16 and above.
TopCredit time can be built up to a maximum of 10 hours and this can be carried forward from one pay period(fortnight) to another, but until TIL falls below 10 hours, any optional additional hours cannot be added to credit time or paid.
