In 2011, we have been able to provide funding to 37 programs touching the lives of thousands of young Australians.
Ansvar Insurance has been recognised for its outstanding contribution to the community by the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance Industry, finishing as finalists in the Service to the Community award in 2008 and 2009.

Ansvar Insurance supports youth oriented programs which generally fall into the following categories:
Empowerment and Education
Programs which provide educational opportunities which develop healthy and informed lifestyle choices that, in turn, lead to a positive contribution to the community.
Outreach and Support
Programs that support at risk youth who are already experiencing difficulties such as drug and/or alcohol abuse, through rehabilitation and/or skills training.
Training Points
Programs which provide training for people to deliver the above two programs.
Focus on the Family - How to drug proof your kids. Delivered across Australia by nearly 2,000 trained facilitators it is primarily a parenting program. This is one of the most successful programs of its type ever developed in Australia. In recent years, the program has been successfully launched in a number of overseas countries including the USA and UK.
Motivational Media - Youth development program for high school students. Each year, Motivational Media develops a quality youth oriented program based around a particular theme. A high tech audio visual with contemporary music and video clips and instructional true-life stories is shown at each school. Teachers are given a handbook to follow through the issues raised in the audio visual.
Red Dust- Provides seeks to improve the health and wellbeing of disadvantaged youth in remote communities of Australia. The intensive program aims to assist young people to make good decisions with respect to education, health, diet, nutrition and drugs, and develop strong self esteem and emotional wellbeing.
