If you need to clean-up your property before an insurance assessor can visit, we recommend the following steps to assist us in assessing your claim:
▪ Photograph damage to the property, including the building, floor coverings, and any other damaged items
▪ Retain a sample of floor coverings that are being uplifted and disposed of
▪ Keep all damaged electrical items for inspection
