Our long association with faith organisations, educational institutions, care facilities, heritage buildings and the community has allowed us to gain a thorough understanding of the inherent risks for your organisation.  We can assist with devising a program on how to remove or reduce such risks.  We can also provide information and advice on how best to manage your risks. 

 

With the knowledge and experience gained from almost 50 years of helping customers, we can provide risk consulting and advisory services that are backed up with practical risk analysis and treatment advice from our team who genuinely understand your business.

 

Our customer risk services team reference Australian and International risk management standards as a guide when developing risk publications, ongoing advice and on-site risk surveys.

 

When specific risk related topics are identified that need more attention, our customer risk service team will develop training workshops and seminars to meet the needs of individual customer requests.  We also offer our services at relevant customer initiated or industry specific conferences and seminars.

 

Our customer risk service team also conducts on-site risk surveys.  This service involves a simple pre-survey interview and a physical site inspection to help identify the risks to your organisation.  A useful report is issued with relevant information designed to help manage your risks.  When requested, our surveys can also include a sum insured assessment of all insured buildings on site.
