My Ansvar is another method for brokers to connect to us. The portal gives you the ability to complete a number of tasks such as notifying Ansvar of a new claim, receiving a real time claim number, policy details, generating a certificate of currency and generating a claims history report. User guides on each of these tasks are available below should you need some help.

POLICY SEARCH & CLAIM LODGEMENTS
USER MANUAL For guidance on how you can search for a policy, lodge a claim and receive a real-time claim number follow the steps in our user guide. The claim number is your reference to any future discussions with Ansvar.
CLAIMS EXPERIENCE REPORT
USER MANUAL For guidance on how to generate a report on a selected policy or on all policies under a specific client follow the steps in our user guide. Please note the report will be delivered to the email address you used to log into the portal.
CERTIFICATE OF CURRENCY
USER MANUAL For guidance on how to generate a Certificate of Currency follow the steps in our user guide. Please note that the CoC will be delivered to the email address you used to log into the portal.
