Ansvar Named a Top 40 Best Workplace to Give Back in 2025

We’re proud to share that Ansvar has been named one of Australia’s Top 40 Best Workplaces to Give Back in 2025 by the GoodCompany Awards.

This recognition highlights our ongoing commitment to giving back to the community and supporting meaningful causes through charitable giving, volunteering, sponsorship, and more.

At Ansvar, our purpose is simple – to grow so we can give back. For more than 30 years, our Community Education Program (CEP) has supported 300+ charities and not-for-profit organisations across Australia.

Each year, the CEP supports initiatives that help young people develop new skills, access education, and build brighter futures. Since its inception in 1994, more than $15 million has been distributed through the CEP.

$300,000 was donated to thirteen different organisations through the 2025 CEP. One of those recipients, the National Centre for Childhood Grief, shared that:

“The generosity, care, and spirit of your community truly touch us deeply. Your continued support ensures that grieving children and their families can access the counselling and care they need.” – Duncan Scheb, (NCCG)
