Giving back to our communities
Over the years providing insurance for charities, faith based organisations, private schools and not-for-profits, we've been involved in a number of positive charitable causes. As a company, Ansvar is the subsidiary of a charity and 100% of our profits are given in support of good causes.
In 1994, it made sense for us to establish our own charitable program, the Community Education Program. Ansvar gives up to 10% of annual profits to fund programs aimed at helping disadvantaged, Australian youths. Through our grants program, Ansvar has donated in excess of $10 million to the community.

Ansvar is a subsidiary of Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc (Ecclesiastical) which was established in the UK in 1887. Ecclesiastical is owned by a charity and all available profits are distributed for the benefit of the church and the community.
