Ansvar Hits 79% Broker Satisfaction Rate in 2026

Ansvar’s latest broker satisfaction survey shows most brokers rate their experience as ‘extremely’ or ‘very’ satisfying. The result reflects a deliberate program of work led by CEO Jason Hammond, named in the Insurance Business Hot List 2026, to improve service levels and deepen sector capability.

A clear majority of brokers surveyed are noticing improvements already underway, rating Ansvar as easier to do business with, more responsive, and demonstrating a clear desire to trade and engage.

Hammond said: “Our latest broker survey shows a 79% satisfaction rate. We also captured some helpful feedback about areas for improvement, areas which we are now working on.”
